Contact enquiries
If you contact us by email or use the contact form, your name, email address, optional company name and message are used to respond to your enquiry. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
When you submit the contact form, the website sends your name, email address, optional company name and message through the authenticated STRATO mailbox website@wieland-consulting.org to oliver.wieland@wieland-consulting.org. The visitor’s email address is set as the reply address. Enquiries are not stored in a website database.
For enquiries concerning a potential contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other business enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on the legitimate interest in responding to business correspondence. Confirming that you have read this policy is not consent to unrelated processing.
Hosting and email providers
This website and its email delivery are hosted through STRATO Hosting Plus. Hosting may involve technical request information such as IP address, access time, requested page and browser information. Enquiries are also handled by the configured STRATO business mailbox.
Confirm the providers’ legal entities, actual log data, retention periods, processing agreements and any international transfers and safeguards after hosting is configured.
Cookies, fonts and analytics
The current code includes no analytics or advertising scripts. Manrope, Inter and images are served from local website files; fonts are not requested from Google Fonts by visitors.
When the form processes an enquiry, it uses a session cookie containing only a timestamp for a 60-second submission cooldown. This limits repeated requests. The session does not store the contents of the enquiry.
Confirm the session lifetime, cookie settings and applicable cookie rules on the live server. Recheck this section if tracking, embeds or other services are added.
Retention
Set and document deletion criteria for enquiries in the receiving and sending mailboxes, session data and hosting logs. Relevant correspondence may need to be retained to meet statutory duties; applicable periods must be confirmed.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for the future. Contact the privacy contact above to exercise your rights.
You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, including in the EU country of your habitual residence, workplace or the alleged infringement.
Automated decisions
The prepared website code does not profile visitors or make automated decisions about consulting enquiries.
